If you have out-of-network mental health benefits, you may have the opportunity to work with me and receive partial reimbursement from your insurance provider. You would pay for your session directly, and I can provide you with a superbill (a detailed statement of services) that you can submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.
Because insurance plans vary, I encourage you to contact your insurance provider to better understand your specific benefits. You can find the customer service number on the back of your insurance card and ask the following questions:
Do I have out-of-network outpatient mental health benefits?
What percentage or amount of each therapy session will my insurance provider reimburse?
Do I need to meet a deductible before my out-of-network benefits begin?
Are there any limitations on the number of sessions or types of services covered?
Understanding your benefits ahead of time can help you make informed decisions about your care and what options may be available to you.

Yes, pricing for my services is determined by an Accessible Rate Structure. Please see below to learn more.
Accessible Rate Structure
I believe therapy should be a space where people feel supported, valued, and empowered to pursue healing and growth. I also recognize that access to mental health care is influenced by many factors, including financial resources, generational wealth, systemic barriers, and personal circumstances.
I offer an accessible rate structure that considers the different financial circumstances and resources clients may have. This approach allows clients to select a fee that feels aligned with their current capacity while also supporting the sustainability of providing thoughtful, quality care.
Please consider the questions below as a reflection tool when determining the rate that feels most appropriate for you:
Are you and your family homeowners or landowners? (This question does not apply to those who are Native or Indigenous)
Have you attended private education institutions or do you have an advanced degree?
Are you able to make minimum payments on bills or credit cards?
Have you been able to easily access and afford health insurance for yourself and your family members?
Do you have zero to no debt and/or do you have disposable income?
Do you have a safety net composed of “financially stable” or wealthy family and friends?
Do you have U.S. Citizenship?
Does your income only support you, and not other loved ones?
Have you or do you expect to inherit money or property?
Have you (or could you have) attended college and/or graduate school?
If you respond ‘yes’ to 1-3 of the questions, your Accessible Rate is the following:
Individual Therapy: $125–$150/session
Couples & Premarital Therapy: $150–$175/session
Sustainable Rate

If you are able to contribute more for therapy and are interested in providing additional support for individuals and couples who may need additional financial flexibility, you can choose the Redistribution Rate or opt to pay at the higher end of my rate range. Your generosity helps make care more accessible for others in the community.
This accessible rate structure is inspired by anti-oppressive sliding scale models, including frameworks developed by the Anti-Oppression Resource & Training Alliance (AORTA) Therapy in Motion NYC and Kenya Crawford.
